People who work in schools, residential homes, specialist services or public authorities carry a great deal: responsibility for people in difficult situations, the worry of overlooking something, and often the feeling that too little time is left for what really matters.
We know this well – we come from this practice ourselves. That is why we don’t support teams and managers from the outside, but at their side. Good work with people begins with relationship. Including the relationships within your own team.

Case consultation, process support, or a sounding board for leaders when decisions weigh heavily. In complex situations, we bring different perspectives from the network to one table.
Concepts that hold up in everyday practice
Safeguarding concepts, action guidelines, unit and operational concepts. We develop them together with the people who work with them – so that they offer support at the crucial moment instead of gathering dust on a shelf.
Training and talks
For teams, management bodies and conferences – for example on dealing with emotions in everyday work, building relationships in challenging situations, or introducing protective factors and safeguarding concepts.
