You don’t need a major reason to seek support. Sometimes it is the feeling of going round in circles. A conversation that always ends the same way. A tiredness that won’t go away. Or a role – at work, in the family, in a relationship – that has become narrower than it once was.
With us, you don’t have to achieve or prove anything. You may talk, stay silent, doubt and begin again. We take the time to understand your story – not to judge you, but to discover together what does you good and what helps you move forward.

We are convinced that change happens in relationship. That is why everything we do begins with getting to know each other. You should feel that you are in the right place – and if not, we will look for a better path together. We work systemically and build on your strengths: we see you with everything that belongs to your life, and with everything you already bring.

How we begin

Sessions take place in person or online and usually last one hour. We decide together how often and for how long we meet. Your pace is the right pace.
Trust
What you share with us stays with us. Without your explicit consent, we pass nothing on – not even within the network.
Costs
We discuss costs openly in the first conversation. If the support is arranged through an authority, an institution or an employer, funding is settled with them.
